HomeMy WebLinkAboutRe_ Griggs project (3)I will contact Mr. Tyndall again to see if he knows what is needed and if he does I will simply have him take care of that if possible. Regina will take care of finding out from Jay
if there is more needed for the meeting. I won't be able to make that meeting so that seems to make more sense. Hopefully that will be all until after that meeting. Thanks.

> OK I got your responses and I appreciate the time. One final question and I will not bother you until after the DRB meeting. Is there anything we need to do or submit either ourselves
or from Mr. Tyndall in addition to what is already been submitted in order for the DRB meeting to proceed and hopefully be successful? ***I would speak to Jay in Planning to discuss
if anything else is needed for DRB.*** My concern there is that the initial email subject line from Thursday was something like "disapproval" etc. ***That is correct because the plans
were turned down*** **You may want to talk to Prentiss Tyndall. He is the one that will need to draw your plans and Ken has spoken to him. ***
> As to the cost of the project that seems a bit arbitrary since it's an old building and the "farm building" was ok'd last year. We could debate that but I want you guys to be happy
with both us and our project so just let Regina know at the DRB meeting what we should do for permitting etc. I want to be compliant and hope that it can be affordable for us. Thx!
***We were informed that it was a farm building, when you applied for permits, but as we have discussed in several meetings, since it has been turned into solely a wedding venue/flea
market that is not the case anymore. It might be an old building, but it is not classified as a farm building anymore.** Since it is now a wedding venue, you will be required to
pull a commercial building permit, an electrical, mechanical and plumbing permit based on

did not seem punitive and we had hoped to continue moving forward with our project.
