1. All commercial buildings need a building code summary
which is the basis for reviewing the plan. Different uses
have specific requirements. Any project with a cost of
$90,000 or greater shall be drawn by a design professional.
Prentiss Tyndall has not returned my call. As the building
is no longer for farm use, all permits are required and
subject to current NC Building Codes.
