HomeMy WebLinkAbout‘Covenants and Restrictions’ for Kinnis CreekJay, I put the deeds covering ‘Covenants and Restrictions’ for Kinnis Creek into the Planning Board ‘Sandhar rezoning’ folder (also attached to this e-mail). DB 821 PG 341 is the deed that addresses covenants. Basically, only #3 of these protective covenants addresses anything relating to subdividing, and that states, “No dwelling shall be erected or placed on any lot having an area of less than 25,000 square feet.” There are also setback standards but these basically mirror the county’s standards for all residential zoning district.
