This is to inform you that on November 9th, 2015, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment denied your request for a variance from the side and rear setback requirements for
a residential accessory structure in the RA-20R zoning district.
Please be aware that you may appeal this decision to Superior Court. Any appeal must be made in writing within thirty
(30) days of the Board’s decision.
