In a normal situation, I would have been completely in favor of your idea of the new 2nd page, but getting the property owners’ signatures again could prove to be an issue. Mr. Corbin
is attached to the military, and much of the time his whereabouts seem to be unknown. It was a time-consuming ordeal for us the first time around to get everyone’s signatures!
Should I have the signature page sent directly to you?

Alan….I was just thinking of new/2nd signature pg for the Co app, we certainly don’t expect you to submit your orig contract.

Could you please have the Board’s Clerk provide me with the statute or ordinance that requires that signatures on these documents must be original signatures? There is no context of
which I am aware that a party to a contract is going to provide their original document to the County. We could potentially bring the document in, and the County can scan it, or copy
it, but we are not willing to release our original document.
Just FYI but the original was, of course, a black and white document and all original signatures were signed in black ink. I was also hoping that perhaps someone had signed in blue
ink. What if I had a hard copy made from the original, and mailed to you?

Alan, yes this does help. However, our Board’s clerk is a stickler for true signatures. I was hoping this scanned copy would be super clean & clear, or have some color to it where
we could just skip the particulars.
Do you think it would be possible to mail a hard copy signature page to each person so we could have it for our file? Oddly enough, it would be OK if received after the mtg was held.

Our representative (Scott Dickson- VP/GM) has his office in Atlanta, but could easily have signed in NC (his area of responsibility). Oscar Harris, Joseph Corbin and his wife are residents
of NC.
