Members present: Teddy J. Byrd, Chairman Beatrice Bailey Hill, Vice Chairman Dan B. Andrews Walt Titchener Tim McNeill Staff present: Neil Emory, County Manager Wm. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manger Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board Public Utilities: Rodney M.Tart, Director, Public Utilities Steve Ward, Assistant Director, Public Utilities Gary Averitte, Water Resources Manager Glenn McFadden, Superintendent, Maintenance/Distribution Hiram Marziano, Maziano & Minier Engineers The meeting convened at 7:30 a.m. and the Public Utilities personnel discussed Public Utilities' matters as outlined in the attached agenda.
