Having heard the evidence in the following cases at their regular meeting on March 9, 2015 the
Harnett County Board of Adjustment makes the following findings of fact:
Conditional Use
BA- CU- 07 -15. McLamb, Lenious / Tripp, Tina. A Singlewide Manufactured Home in an
RA -30 Zoning District; Averasboro Township; Pin # 1528 -65- 3286.000; Off Hwy 301
North (on Bryan McLamb Lane).
1. The requested usqg/ is not in harmony with the surrounding area and compatible
