I am writing in support of Drakes Landing and the hearing tonight for the conditional use permit. I ask you to grant this permit to allow this local, small business to continue to do
business in Harnett County. I am a resident of a nearby county, and one which without Drakes Landing would not have reason to visit or do business with other small businesses in your
county. My husband and I visit Drake's several times a year to safely practice our clay shooting and exercise our Second Amendment Rights. We are welcomed warmly by the staff at Drake
Landing and are always reminded of the safety rules. Often a staff member follows us to a stand or two to confirm that we're practicing safely, which of course, we welcome. After we
visit this local business, we often stop at Aviator Brewery or Smokehouse and support that local business. We have spent money with Fuquay Gun and Gold, Sovereign Guns, CupCakeBites,
and other small businesses in the area that without Drake Landing we would not have reason to frequent. For the continued support of one of your small towns and its local businesses,
I urge you to grant the conditional permit for Drake Landing.
