I just wanted to write briefly and express my support for Drakes Landing. As a Cary Resident, and Fuquay Varina native, I frequently have enjoyed visiting Drake's and I often bring out
of town guests to experience the shooting and facilities they have. It was a sad day when Drake's eliminated the rifle range, nevertheless their other facilities offer something that
you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere.
There are many people enjoy shooting and firearms and there is little outlet for that around. It would be a detriment to the tourism of Harnett County, and even the whole Triangle Area,
to prevent Drake's Landing from operating.
