ATV & BICYCLE CHALLENGE POINTS:
Obstacle designed to provide “Enduro-Cross” oriented challenges as depicted
below. Points will be located alongside the trails where terrain best supports the
desired result. Minor variations will be done to similar obstacles to add addi-
tional variety.
BMX TRACK:
Designed in accordance with ABA standards to provide a regulation practice &
racing experience. Track is predominately clay surfaced. Banked corners will
eventually be paved to reduce maintenance requirements.
Track Length = 0.25 miles // Track Width = 15 ft.
MX & ATV TRACKS:
Designed as a motocross/supercross (MX/SX) hybrid track. Track and obstacle
designs support riders basic/intermediate to advanced riding skills. Track is
predominately loamy soil with dedicated sand sections.
Track Length = 0.75 miles // Track Width = 15-20 ft.
PRACTICE TRACK:
Designed for beginning riders and supports advance riders working on basic
techniques. Obstacles are miniature scaled versions of those on the large tracks;
but offer easy “outs” for beginning riders to practice safely.
Track Length = 0.25 miles // Track Width = 8 ft.
BICYCLE TRAIL:
Designed for mountain/hybrid type bikes and supports basic riding skills with
optional challenge points for advanced riders.
Trail Length = 2 miles // Trail Width = 2 ft.
ATV TRAIL:
Trail supports basic riding skills with optional challenge points at various loca-
tions for advanced riders.
Trail Length = 2 miles // Trail Width = 4 ft.

FURURE PLAN FOR UTILITIES:
Electrical: After first 6 months of operation, convert the office into a
permanent structure and bring the electrical connection into the side off the
office building (i.e. for outdoor lighting, RV hookups, etc.).
Water: After first year of operation, construct a permanent restroom
facility connecting to the county water line and establishing a septic sys-
tem. County water will remain separate from the site collection water.
The county water connection will be installed and inspected by HCPDU.
