-Proposed water and sewer services must be shown on the site plan. The services must include sizes and who will install the services.
-If a private contractor
is to install the water and sewer services then HCDPU utility notes must be included on the site pland as well as details for the services.
-The contractor must have a preconstruction
conferernce with HCDPU before construction of services.
-The site plan must include the existing utilities and scale.
-NC811 contact information must be included on the site paln.
-An approved RPZ model must be labeld on the service line for the weight room.

The proposed easements for the sanitary sewer lines that will be installed outside the proposed street right-of-ways must be recorded with
each final plat for the phases that they serve. These utility easements must be reviewed and approved by HCDPU Right-of-Way Agent and the Harnett County Legal Department prior to recording
the final plats.
The proposed water and sewer improvements for this project must be constructed in accordance Harnett County Standard Specifications and Details. Once the proposed water
and sewer improvements for this project have been designed, permitted, constructed and inspected in accordance with the approval process, the developer and the utility contractor must
jointly provide HCDPU a one (1) year warranty on all water and sewer improvements installed to serve these lots.
