Following a review of the commercial
site plan request by the RLUAC staff and Board of Directors for the parcel listed above, and recognizing that our findings are non-binding on Harnett County, the RLUAC Board of Directors
finds that:
The parcel is located outside of the RLUAC five-mile study area, and
It is not affected by any military impacts.
Therefore RLUAC has no issues or concerns with the proposed
commercial site plan for Campbell University’s Weight Room.
