Ellington Dudley, Averasboro Township, was granted a refund of $7.25
Lot No. 14 for 1954 -55 for reason of double listing to E. H. Dudley.
The following road petitions were approved:
(1). That road in Averasboro Township, which runs from a black top road to
anoth r black top road which' both runs from ,# 301 known as neighborhood road a
distance of 7/10 mile. (Petition given to P. G. Altman for presentation)
(2) 10 improve open up and repair that Street in Erwin, Duke Township, and
known as-East J. Street in Block Number 100 and 200, ( Petition given to R. L.

Commissioner J. E. Womble moved seconded by B. P. Ingram, .that Miss
Welfare Superintendent, be allowed to buy an electrical typewriter and
proof filint cabinet for the Welfare office. Motion - carried.
