J.H.Williams Treas. presented his monthly statement same was ordered filed. Ordered that petition signed by M.fHarper and others asking for the establishment of a public road known as thy John Lee road so as to come in to Dunn at Pearsall Street,be granted and same laid out according torlaw. Ordered that C.M.Muse atty.be authorized to make settlement of the mortgage made by M.R.Morgan to Harnett County,and to cancel said mortgage of record as soon the same has been settled by M.R.Morgan. col'. Ordered that J.E.Senter of Buckhorn,A.H.Stewart of Neills Creek,E.V.Wamack of U.L.R. W.H.Pollard of Grove be relieved of Poll tax. Ordered by the Board,that the Clerk of the Board credit the acct.of J.H.iilliams Treas with the sum of One Hundred Dollars,F.rror in charge against him on settlement with S.A.Salmon. Crdered by the Board that the Treas.of Harnett County be and he is hereby authorized to transfer from the general County funds such amount as may be necessary,to the Special funds to reimburse said funds to the extent of the amount drawn from the same on account of the General County funds.' $50.00 Ordered that C.F.pope Shff. for balance due on land sales for 1905.
