Board of county corissioners met for the purpose of settling with the Sheriff present R.G. Taylor Ctm T.A. Harrington, J.A. Smith, V.H. Turlington, D.P. McDonald, being a full board present, And a settlement with the Sheriff was made and recorded and the board adjourned till the next regular meeting. IScNeill cotton weigher for the town of Dunn was receiver _and a copted and ordered filed and recorded. A petition for a public road from the town of Coats INC. to the Raleigh. and Averasboro road was received and ordereed advertised according to law. Ordered that J.W. Flowero be and is Hereby appointed constable of Black river Township to 1il! out the unexpired term of Chas Partin resigned. P. E. Trulovo of Buckhorn 'Township was exempted from Poll tax and Dowd duty }permanently for disability. J.A. Norris of Averasboro Township was exempted from Poll tax and. i, d duty permently for disability. B.C. ',Withers of U.L. River Township was permently exempted from poll texand rweid duty for disability. Ordered that the treasurer he and he is hereby directed to transfer Three Thousand dollars fromthe special bridge funds Bond issue to the general county funds reimbursing in part the county funds for cost of Buildin,rand repairing various smaller bridges destroyed or injured by floods of 1909.
