The comittee appointed to make report on the report of the Grand Jury asked for one month futher
to make report.
Oridered that the sheriff have a jury appointed to lay offpublic road from the Town of Coats to Black -
River near the Henry Norris bridge on Black River with no expense to the county.
Ordered that C.B.Kelly be allowed to- list his land for 1908 and be allowed to reduce the valuation
of his land from :"2, per acre to "`1.50 per acre for 1909 on account•of the sale of'timber.
Ordered that Redden Faircloth ,of Duke Township be allowed "'3.00 per quarter and be allowed e2.00
. on this quarter.

Ordered that the daughter of Luke Warren be allowed e3, per quarter and be/axis/id `2,for thib quarter.
On otion of Mr J.A. Smith , the Insurance Policies are accepted with the 3/4 value clause erased,
Ordered that the road leading from Thos McLambs to Laura Hodges be advertized according to law.
The Insurances Policies of Messrs Fuquay and Spears are accepted with the understanding that the
3/4 value clause be stricken out.
The Board met with the list takers at t 1/30 and arranged a scale of values for listing of property
for. 1910.
The report of the election for a special school district in Neils creek Township known as # 3
with a registered vote of 27 with 15 cast for and 8 against was accepted and the list taker ordered
to list the Polls and property of that district for special taxes for schools for 1910,
The report of Dr L.J. Arnold Supt of health was read and order ed filed.
The report of J.H. 'Williams Treasurer was read and accepted and ordered filed and recorded.
We the undersigned comittee appointed to audit the treasurers books respectfully report that after
careful examination we find his accounts accurate and his books well kept.
