Williams and passed that the road as petioned Byr by the Citizens of Andersons Creek, as records of theminits of the comissioners shows was advertized 1st Monday of Sept 1912 be ordered laid off, by the sheriff having a Jury summoned for that purpose, to which the Objector Sam Williams through his Attorney E?S? Smith excepted. The road in grove Township from J.E. Links to Coats N.C. as advertized let Monday of September 1912 as minits of county comissioners show , was ordered laid off. A road petition from Averasboro was received and ordered advertized asfollows We the undersigned land owners at of Averasboro Township Harnett county N.C. Respectfully petition, that a public road be laid off and opened between the foliowing points , Beginning at a paint between the Jonesboro School house and Rufus G. Allens Residence, to a point on the Dunn and Benson Road at or near the Geo Stewarts mill this road to pass the following places , the Telfar Norris place I.T. Ordered That Kelly Peedon a pauper of Johnson County now physically helpless and con fined in the county Jail of Harnett county, Be abd he is hereby ordered to be conveyed and delivered to the proper authorities of Johnston County It is further ordered that the account of Dr J.W. Halford county Physician of Harnett county of $25.50 for operration and medical attention to said pauper which has been paid by this board be charged against Johnstho County and be presented to the comissioners of Johnston County and it is further ordered that Jail expenses and other expenses incurred by this county together with the cost of transpota- tion of said pauper to Johnston County be charged to Johnston county and Itemizes account therefor be presented for payment Ordered that the Sheriff be paid the sum of $51.72 refund of taxes overpaid in adjustment of rebate of taxes of Erwin Cotton Mills as ordered by Corporation Comission. Ordered that E.J. Gddwin. Treasurer of Dunn Road District be paid the ammount of taxes of 1911 due saidp district Erronously paid by the sheriff to the county Treasurer . Ordered that Sully Cooper Treasurer of Dunn School District be paid the amount' of taxes of 1911 Erronously paid to the county treasurer by agreement the county treasurer charged no Comission on these Items.
