Elliott offered his resignation as overseer of the Stewart Creek Stock law territory was accepted and upon recomendation of Mr Elliott Mr John Williams was appointed in his stead and the clerk ' was directed to notify my Williams of his appointment 'It is ordered that the Clerk of this Board be and he is hereby directed to list all subjects for tax- ation in the New territory added to the county not heretofore listed and he is authorized to adopt the Assessment made by Cumberland County unless he has reason to beleive such Assessment is Eroneous, For the purpose of Caryying out this order the Clerk is Authorized to employ an agent Residen either within or without the county. It is ordered by the board of County comissioners that Nathan Minter late Ferryman of Northington Ferry be and he is herby. ordered to turn over the boats and all property belonging to the county unto L.D. Arnold who has been elected who has been04 elected ferryman to succeed the said Nathan Minter the said Nathan Minter being present is given notice of this order in open meeting of the board. L.D. Arnold was employed to Keep Northington Ferry at a salary of $15.00 per Month and directed to give bond for the same. Board agreed to ginve $50.00 for building Hodges Bridge near Coats when completed and accepted by the chairman of the board. Nothing further coming before the board it adjpurned to meet on Monday January 15th 1912 Tor such business as might come before it.
