Monday June 2rd 1913 Comissioners met in regular session, present J.H. Williams Chm B.F. Williams, T.A.
Harrington, P.F. Pope , absent W.L. Senter E.F. Young atty.
in Motion it was ordered that B'u nie Wood and Cinda Wood now at the Homeof D.B. McDonald in the Town of
'?nke be sent to the county home and J.H. Williams Chm was authorized to have them brought to the county
On Motion of T.A. Harrington ,The Chm was elected a delegate to the County Comissioners Convention to
meet in the City of Statesville.
By order of the 5card of Comissioners the S.J. McPhail a triple was released from the payment of Poll Tax
wait.
To the Honorable Board of County Comissioners of Harnett Co ; By Request of My Williams Your Chairman
I, ilspected the work that has been done in the Jail at Lillington. So far as I, can see the work manship
appears to be O.K. but the Material is not up to the specifications in your contract. I, find that it can
he easily filed or cut with a cold chisel. I, tried it at several places and found no difficulty in cutting
it any where. I, note your contract calls for tool proff Material. I, 3onot consider you have_ that grade

-el Recorder of the Recorders court of the town of Dunn, and J.W. Whitehead was Elected Vice Recorder of s
said court.AM said Boards requests Your Honorable board to concur in said Election, or upon Your failure
so to do that you will call a joint Meeting of Your Board and the Board of Comissioners of the Town of
Dunn at as early a date practicable that the Two Boards may Jointlj< Electa Recorder and Vice- Recorder
for said Court pursuant to law. This the 30th day of May 1913.
