It is sin hereby ordered that the agreed road in Andersons creek Township over the lands of Sam Will -isms is hereby ordered discontinued and the said Sam Williams is hereby allowed to move his fence back as it orrigally was. . ▪ We San Williams Col and P. Moore White agree to accept damage allowed by the Jury for laying out Public road across our lands, and hereby agreenot to appeal from the award of the Jury, the amount of same . North Carolina Harnett County Black River Township. To the Board of Comissioners of said County, I, 21 I.W. Smith Sheriff of Harnett County in obedience to an order directed to me from the Board of County Comissioners dated the 6th day of May 1912, summoned a Jury of three good and lawful men to -wit: A.G. Dudley L.F. Adams and H.S. Holoweyv -be -view the grounds and mark out a road leading from Angier to sadkin Road over the lands of L.H. Williams F.G. Collins Mrs Kate Balentine Mrs Elizabeth Collins, J.R. Adams H.T. Welts E. Smith W.H. Marcom S.G. Pool and D.G. Balentine. Whereupon said Jury met on the 6th day of March 1913and.after being•duly sworn according to law proceeded to layoff and mark out said road as ordered. Smith ,Do solemnly.sweas that I, will well and -truly serve the State of North Carolina in the office of Recorded in the Recorders court of Harnett county and said State ; I, will to equal law and right to all persons, rich --and poor , without having regards to any person. Smith, treasurer of seed Fence Comissioners such sums as may be now in his hands or which may hereafter come into his hands from the assessment of real estate in said District, the same to be applied by said E.W.
