The Minits of March Meeting were read and aprove.
On motion of T. -A. Harrington the Election of Court Recorder by Ballot was ordered and the votes were c
cast as follows: Chas Ross 2 votes Ed Smith Santee received 3 votes Id Smith having received a mar -
jority of votes -Gast was declared duly elected
On motion of T.A. Harrington the ballotting for Vice Recorder was ordered as follows J.N. Fuquay "
having received all the votes cast was declared duly elected Vice Recorder. for the same term as above.

It being called to the attention of the board of Comissioners that J.W. Pipkin the former Aaaszasr over-
seer of the fence the Ste pr,o�s creek and Lillington stock law is deed upon motion of T.A. Harrington
D.C. Parker be and he is }buy' elected fence overseer for the balance of this year and until his
successor is elected.
The report of Election for slooCial School District Barbecue and U.L. River townships held on the 18th
day of March 1913 was reported iw tits carried as 8 votes registered and 8 votes for the,taz -this
report is ordered filed and recorded.
The Board of Comissicners of Harnett county in conformity with an act passed by the recent session of.
the general assembly of North Carolina, The, Trustees of School District number four of Black River
Township hereby petition. your Honorable beard to submit to the qualified voters of said District,.the
question- if 'est*blishtng a Special tax School District and for Bonds under the provisions of the said Act
We Recomend that said Election be called not later than May 20th 1913 We submit herewith a coppy of the
