Shaw, Minutes of last meeting read and approved: The following releases were made: That Mrs. S.A. Ammons be released from the payment of $p1,63,taxes in Aversboro Township, the same having been paid by John Lucas. That J.G. Gilbert be released of $2.32, taxes inn Buckhorn Township, the property having been listed in Hector's Creek Township and taxes paid. That D.;_. Honeycutt b e released from the payment of $1.00, tax on one dog in Neill's Creek Township. That Sim Stewart, of Black River Township, be permantly released from the payment of Poll.Tax, on account of dis.sability. That W.T. Martin bereleased from the payment of $3.49, special school tax, Bunnlevel District, Stewart's Creek Township, That Duncan A. McArtan be released of the payment of $3.60,taxes in U.L.R. Township, on account of error in listing. 4. That C.T. Lipscomb be released of all taxes, except a poll, Black River Township. 09 (044 The matter of placing the Judge of the Recorder's Court on a salry, having been brought before the Board, and after full discussion, a motion by H.N. Bizzell - ;.as made to place the Recorder on a salry of $50.00 per month, the motion prevailed, thise voting Aye L.D. Burwell, H.N. Bizzell, and E.H, Gardener, A.A. Shaw not voting. And it was so ordered by the Board. The matter of electing a Vice- Recorder, having been brought before the Board, the name of H.T. Atkins was placed in nomination by H.N. Bizzell, and he was unamiously elected. The Official report of Dr. J.W. Raiford, Supt. of Hellth, was received and ordered filed.
