Gardner, and A.A.Shaw, Minutes of last meeting read and approved. N.T.Patteraon., Treasurer, made his official report for the month of December and the same was Ordered filed. F.HTaylor,former clerk of Superior Court made report of moneys on hand for parties. The same was ordered filed. It was ordered by the Board that L.H.Wilson, be relieved from the payment of $2.91 Special School taxes in Averashoro Township._, It was oordered by the Board that T.G.Jones, be relieved from the payment of t2.94 Special School t.7 in Averaaboro Township. It was ordered by,the Board that J.W.Barefoot,be relieved from the payment of $1.83 Special School tae in Averasboro Township; . It was ordered by,the Board that R.B.Smith, be released from the payment Of $2.00 Poll Tax in Aver,,eboro Township. It was ordered by the Board that L.D.Powell, be released from the Payment of $2.00 Poll Tax in Buck -Horn Township. It was ordered by the Board that Gad B. Walker be released of the Payment of e2.00 Poll Tax In Anderson Creek Township. It was ordered by. the Board that D.M.Mckay be released from the payment oi^Poll tax in Niells Creek Township. Ordered by the Board that M.B.Mckennie be relieved of the payment of $3.15 Special Tax in Neiile Creek Township. Report of special election from Andersona -Creek Township School District No 1 White,was received And ordered filed and recorded -See Book of Elections for_full report. The matter of appointing A ferryman for Worthingtons Ferry was taken up,and the bid of W.B. Womble of $19.50 Per month being the lowest received,he was duly elected as ferryman. A motion wad made to discontinue the office of Farm Demonstrator for Barrett County. the Motion was lostthose voting against Disoontinuaxce being L.D.Buwwell, A.A.Shaw, and H.N.Bizsell For motion to discontinuance- E.H.Gardaer,and D.H.Senter. Upon motion which was Duly seconed and carried all members voting Aye, the Chairman of the Board Was appointed to take up the matter of Appointment and Appropriation for Farm Demonstrator, With the state and federal Departments of Agriculture, and report results to Board at next Meeting. It was ordered by the Board that D.H.Senter and L.D.Buwwell,take up the matter of appointmet Of Janitor and Pump -man and make appointment of each.
