This is to certify that we, the undersigned, W. R. braadwell, Registrar,and J. B Dsyx
Depree, And L. E aicgee, poll holders, held a special School bond election at Angier High School
pisttict this day in accordance with an order of the Board of trustees of said school district,
that there were ninetynine (99) registered or qualified voters in said district for said election
that there were sixty one (61) votes cast for "School Bonds and special -tax "and twenty seven (273
votes oast "Against School Bonds and special Tax ",and that we do further declare that said election
was Carried for School Bonds and Special Tax,.

We, the citizens of Harnett County Duke
Township petition the Honorable Board ef County Comissioners to order the following road in-
stalled as a public read beginning at Cates Store and running with the wire fence to the new sand
clay Dunn and Duke road below Walter Norri*les it is now a well established county read and well
cut and extensively used as high way to Church cotton gin mill and market read by those living

undersigned Free holdred in the county of Harnett constituting one fourth ef the free holders in
the proposed special sohool district included within the following boundaries , to- wit:Beginning
at the head of the Surles Milt Pend and running up the big branch to the ford at Pollys Tarts ,
then to the Tart Grave yard at the East end of Polly Tars land, Then straaight to the end of the
Raynor Mill dam, then up Mingo to the land line between G.W. Ennis and Lee then straight to the
Boll Branch down the Bell Branch to Harris Branch and up the said branch to Miry branch down said
Branch to stony run and down stony run to the beginning at head of Surles Mill Pend Averasbore

Respectfully petition your honorable board for an Election to assertain the

said District a special annual tax of not more than 25 cents on the one hundred dollars valuation
of property and 75 cents on the Pell to supplement the public school fund which may be apportioned
