Commissioners met in Call session. Freser.t: J.D. Barnes, Chmn., J.C. Byrd, F.T. Johnson, and
D.P. Ray.
All townships - el:orted and received except Black River.
Ordered that the Clerk write 1Fr> D.C. Johnson, Clinton, N.C., that her property in Avera�ibcrc
Township has not been li. /sted since 1915, and under tre law she ie liable for double tax.

next term of Court.
J.C. Byrd and Chas. Ross were appointed cy the.Foarfl to see Fighvay Commissioners as to the
amount of funds for the County and different townships.

Ordered that E.S. Yarborough, F.M. McKay, and W.D. Barnes be appointed Road Commissioners for
Duke Township, and the rate be laved as follows::22 -1/2 R on $100.00 valuation of property and 67 -1/2
on each Poll.

Ordered that F.S. Yarborough, F.M. 1'c Kay and W. D. Barnes be appointed road commissioners for
Duke Township. 67 -1/2 o n Poll. 22 -1/2 on property.
Ordered that J.C. Byrd have the Duke Bridge painted.
The Bridge at Rich's mill is ordered condemned and Clerk to put up notice of same at bridge.
