NORTH CAROLINA HARNBTT COUNTY- Whereas the sentiment of the tax payers of Coate School Die trict of uarnett County, H. C, ap- pears to be favorable to an issue of Bonds for the purpose of building a suitable schoolhouse for said District.. now therefore, we, the Board-of Xduoation for HarnettCounty, North Carolina, do hereby petition the Board of CountyCommissioners of said County to order a election for the purpose _ of submitting-to the qualified voters of said District the question of issuing $15,000.00 in bonds, to run .for a period of 20 years and to bear interest at 6% per annum payable semi -annu- ally, and for the purpose of providing for a tax levy to provide for the payment of the inter- est on said bonds and a sinking fund for the principal thereof, said tax not to exceed the limit provided in the Act hereinafter mentioned.
