the payment of the principal and interest; said election to be held on the above date
at the regular voting polling places in said Township.
It is furthered that there be a new registration of the voters of said Township
that H.M. Abernathy be, and he is hereby appointed Registrar, and J.G. Spence and W.A.Avent
Judges of said eleetion;that notice of their appointment be immediately served upon them
by the Sheriff or other lawful offiver; that a copy of these resolutions be published week-
ly from now until that date of said election in the Harhett County News, a weekly news-
paper in H nett County.

Byrd, W.J. MoC Stewart, D.P. Ray and R.T. Johnson, also Charles Ross, Attorney.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Ordered that the 1% be allowed for thirty days longer on taxes collected by Sheriff
on account of books being late.
Orddred that P.T. Massengill in Averasboro Township be released of $3000.00 worth of
property listed by error.
Ordered that N.A. Matthews be released of *X&QxMsx $1200.00 listed by error in Black River
Township.
Ordered that pay } of Welfare work, which is $27.75 for October, 1920.
