We, the undersigned free holders in the County of Harnett, constituting one - fourth
of the free holders in the proposed special school district included within theE
following boundaries,t=xwtt to -wit:
Beginning in the Olivia Line off 8ypress at the McDonald Ford, following saidRoad
South to J.A. Snivev's, including his property. Thence as a diteet line to Mason
Lodge on Plank Road; thence as said road to J.A. Calli.gan's line ,inclusive; theftce
as a direct line to 102 mile post on the A.C.L. R.R.; thence as a direct line to
Alex SprunTsjks farm at forks of Darr,eh and Spout Spping Roads via Highland Farm;
thence with Highland farm and with Pineview Road to the fork in said R ©ad below Neill
Walker's; thence due North to Barbecue Creek; thence with Barbecue Creek,GumSwamp
Creek is Olivia L ne. Then with said line to the beginning# respectfully petition
your honorable Board for an election to ascertain the will of the people within the
proposed special school district, whether there shall be levied int said district a
special annual tax of not mope than 30 cents on the One Hundred Dollars valuation
of property, and 90 Dents on the poll, to supplement the Public School Fund, which
may be apportioned to said District by the County Board of Education ih case such
special tax is voted/

Beginning at Morrison's bridge on Upper Little River, running Soutb*to Anderson
Creek; thence as the Creek to Call's ford; then Southeast to Turner place; thence
Fast to Old Northanton Bead; thence along the road to the he ad of Big rsranch;the.nce
with this branch to Upper Little River; thence up this river to the beginning, the
same being known as Anderson Creek Township District, No 4, respectfully petition
your Honorable Board for an election to ascertain the will of the people within the

NORTH CAROLINA, HARNETT COUNTY.
Harnett County acting through and by its Board of Commissioners, in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar paid to the said County by the Lillington .,rick Company, of
Harnett County, doth hereby give, and grant unto the said Lillington prick Company,
a corporation existing under and by virtue of the laws of tkK North Carolina, and its
successors and assigns, the right to use,lay out, construct, operl"te and maintain
for a, period of thirty years from date a tram -way thirty feet wide over and across
the lands of the said county, which is situated in the Town of Lillington, on the
west side of the present extension of Main Street and opposite the plant formerly
owned by the Fuquay Brick Company, together with the right of free ingress,egress
and regress, for the said Lillinvton Trick Vompany, its successors and assigns, over the
lands contiguous to the said right -of -way for a period of thirty years from date,
in cmnmon with the said Harnett County, or its sxactaxnarm assigns.
To hold the privileges aforesaid to the said Lillington Brick Company, its suc-
cessors and assigns, for a period of thirty years from date/
In witness whereof, the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County, have caused
this instrument to be signed in their name by their Chairman, and attested by
their fdlerk, and their Corpor-+te Seal affixed, all by authority duly given in re-
gular meeting.
