County Commissioner met in call meeting, present full Board, also Chas. Rose, Atty. loved that the following resolution be adopted, Same accepted; RESOLUTION. BE IT RESPOMVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF HARNETT COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. That one(2) note of Harnett County, North Carolina, in the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.QQ,,0) dated Feby. 24th., 1921, and maturing Feby. 24th. 1922, and bearing interedt after maturety. Interest payable in advance. Both principal and interest payable to bearer at the Chase ;?ational Bank of New York City „ N.Y. In anticipation of revenues and taxes to be collected from tax rolls and returns of 1921, and that said note be sold or hypothecated by the-Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County, North Carolina, and the proceeds therefor turned into the gene fund of said County. Be it further resolted: That the full faith and credit of the County of Harnst.,j;)orth Carolina be pledged to the punctual payment of the principal and interest of said note at maturety.
