County COmmissionere met in regular session, present J.C.Byrdm Chairman, W. J. Moditowart, J.A.
Buoharw, , R.T.Johns m , J.W.Jordw also Chas.Roea, atty.
Moved and s- conded that sheriff be authorized to remit 2 per cent penalty of all taxes paid to
him so and before let. Monday in April.
Muted and seconded that J.D.Lanier rent County Home farm ok halves and furnish his own stock,Coun
ty to furnisik fertilizer for same. 16 tong of guano and 2 tons of soda,! Also J,C.Byrd was authorised
to buy said ferti;iser by bound.
Moved a" seconded that J.H.Wllllame, sr. and L.R.Byrd be appointed Road Commissions*s of Stewarte
Creek Township, in place of John Williams, and iasper Byrd that would not serve.
Moved and seoonded that release N.A.Butler of poll tax for years 1920 and 1921.
Ordered that Bill Byrd, Col, be put on pau er list at $3.00 per month. Mail to K.L.Noward.
Also J.T.Winston be put on pauper list at 15,00 per month. Mail to Coate.

den, J.A.Buehanan, W.J. McStewart, also Chas -Ross, Attorney.
Notice is hereby iven t an election has been ord ^red b the Board of ommissioners of
County, to be hold yat�n Stewart's Creek Township, on the day of �' 1922 or
the purpose of aseartainin the will of the qualified voters of ehool District upon the
quo tion issuing hss�tax not exceeding Your Thouaand ($4,000.00 llara of serial bonds of
the .� and levying a sufficient tax to pay the same for the purpose of erecting, en-
larging, altering and equipping a school building or buildings and acquiring lands for such school
building ", or buildings or for any one or more of the said purposes, the said bonds to be serial
bonds, the principal amount of the same payable in equal annual installments for a period of not
more than Twenty Years from the date of issue, such bonds to bear interest at a rate not exceeding
six per cent per annum, payable semi - annually, and that a new registration be ordered for the said
election. The TerrAtety being bounded and described as follows:
BROINNING on the northern bank of Little River at the Timber Landing on J.M.Williams place in
Harnett County; thence from this Timber Landing on Lower Little River,#ith the western boundary of
J.H- Williams land to his northwest corner; thence due North to the Bunlevel linal thence Nast
with said Bunlevel District to a,,,point in John Williams line; thence with said line between J.S.
Byrd and John Williams to C.L.S ith's corner in said live; thence with the line Between John W11-
liams and C.J.Smith to tre upper corner of McBrydes land; thence with the eastern line of said
Melrydes land to the Averasboro Road ; thence in a southwesterly direction to the easterm line of
S.S.$mithe land; thence with the line of 3.8.8Mith in a southerly direction to O.D.Xlliott's and
B.G.Smiths' corner; thence with the line between 5.8.8mith and G.D.Xlliotte to the original corner
of the James P. Hodges, Mortisey and Dr. F. Smith's corner; thence with the line between the orig-
inal traots of land of James P. Hodges and Morrisey land to Dry Creek; thence down Dry Creek to
Lower Little River; thence up the courses of Lower Little River to the — — ; thence down
the various course of Little River And Cape Year River to the Lantabor District line w'h'ich is the di-
viding line between the W.P. Collier estate and J.C.Adams lands; thence wulk tk* vari-egs courses
of the Lantabor Special Tax District northes and north - western line to the Norfolk-Southern Railroad
at a point where the same was crossed by the Woods School House neighborhood road; thence in a direct
line from the said Railroad Crossing to the intersection of the Slliotts Bridge road with the Fayette
villa and Linden Highway; thence with the various courses of the 21 2111 otts Vridge road in a north-
westerly direction to Rllio6ft Bridge over Little River; thence down Lower Little River to the J.H.
Williams Timber Landing the beginning. Said Timber Landing being about one bald mile west of an# up
the river from the ResiAence of the said J.H.Williame, said territory being partly in Cumberland and
*aartly in Frarnett county.
