It is hereby certified and recited that all conditions, acts and things required by the Constitution or ISa of the State of North Carolina to exist, be performed or happen precedent to or in the issue of this note, exist, have been performed and have happened and that this note together with all other indebtedness of the said County of is within every debt and other limit prescribed by the said Constitution or Laws. Whittenton be relieved of taxes on a valuation of 4750.00 in Averasboro Township for the year 1930. Said taxes amounting, to $13.72. It having been made to appear tp the Board that taxes for the year 1926, pay- able by J.C.Williams to Harnett :'ounty, in yhr amount of $194.83 including Sheriff's advertising costs, were not promptly paid, but that in February 1929, an adjustment of the said amountdue was made; and that suit to fore- close the tax certificate for said taxeay for 1926 was instituted in error; It is, upon recommendation of I.R.W lliams, county Attorney, ordered that a non -suit for the foreclosure of said eartifieate, upon payment to the county of the sum of $12.36 by J.C.i(illiams or Securety Mutual Life Insurance (4ompany creditor of said taxpayer.
