West Atty, The Board ',Weaned to order by the chairman and the minutes read and approved. It is ordered that Alton B. Stewart Averasboro Township be relieved of poll tax for year 1930, reason for release disabled. It is ordered that Z. D. McLeod, of Hector's Creek Toisship be relived of poll tax for the year 1930, due to being disabled. It is ordered tnat the property listed in the name of J. M. Blue, C. H. Thornton, and W. J. Godwin in Stswarts Creek tnship, be released of all back taxes upon the payment of the 1929 & 1930 taxes on a 51750.00 valuation on 175 acres of real estate. It is ordered tht J. 0. Gainey, Averasboro township be released of taxes on 15 bales of cotton which was listed by Jesse B. Lee at a valuation 4935.00. It is ordered that the property listed in the name of J. M. Blue and C. H. Thonrton and W. J. Godwin in Anderson Or. township be released of all back taxes upon the payment of the 1929 and 1930 taxes on a valuation 43170.00 on 145 acres of real estate. It is ordered that H. J. Womack of U. L. R. township, be released of 4500.00 valuation on his 1930 taxes owing to the fact that his dwelling house on this property was destroyed by fire. It is ordered th t the property of 0. B. Pops, in Aisrashoro township, being a lot on Z. Harnett St. and a lot on Z. Davie St. be released of alI-back taxes upon the payment of taxes on 4500.00 valuation for both lots." It appearing from a report of J. 0. West & O. H.
