And fur.thet County Attorney, J. 0. We:;t is hereby authorized and. directed to execute the proper assignment thereof to Bank of Lillington upon payment to hin of the .said $345.31. FURTHER IT IS RESOLVED that the W. M. Hawley Tax certificate for 1927 for tax and _nterest and cost and attorney fees of $98.28 to_ether with the judgment thereof be sold and as igned to Bank of Lillington Upon payment of sum of $95.28, and J.
