The meeting ad curried to meet again on first monday in Clerk to Board, APPROVED: `chairman of Board, October 7, 1929, The County Commissioners met in regular, session with the following members present: howdermilk, Trulington, Morgan, &.C. H. Pope who came late. The Chairman and Vice Chairman being absent, Mr. Wm. Morgan was- appointe Chairman Pro -tem for this meeting. The minutes of last meeting were read and approved. .It is ordered that the County purchase one dozen chairs for the use in the Commissioners room only. The chairs to be purchased by the County Auditor. It is ordered that the taieeuit, County against Idm R. Burwell be settle . in full for $900.00 cash, all court records shall show this. It is ordered that a half of the bill of the State Forrester Dept. which is a deficit brought over from previous years be paid. The flount`in full $307.16. The amount to be paid from the Emergency Fund., SOLUTION: PE THAT WHEREAS, it appears that Mrs. Alice Aaron is an inland person now residing in Harnett County and is a non - resident of this State and was such be .re her adjudication of sanity and is a legal resident of the State of Ala. As will appear by an order of Prioe Williams,JUdge of Probate, of Mile, Ala. under date of SePt. 19, 1929. and that she should be deported to Bryce Hospital. at Tuscoloosa, Ala. for admission as a patient in that institution and that Harnet County shall bear expenses of her transportation to said institution and where .s it appears that it is necessary for the Sheriff of the County to convey the sal aptient to said Hospital. THEREFORE be it resolved that J. H. Tart sheriff, of Harnett County, be d is hereby authorized and directed to take Into custody and transmit the said Alice Aaron to Bryce Hospital, Tusealoosa,'Als. and that he be and is hereby resimbursed for his expenses in the transmission of said patient to said hospi al. That the clerk of this board certify a copy of this resolution' to the Sheriff of Harnett County for his authority in this matter. It is ordered that the Board approve the request of 25 or more petitione s, citizens,of Harnett and adjoining counties, to change the dates for opening season for hunting Opossums and raccoons from Nov 15th, to October 15th. •It is ordered that Mr. L.
