We inspected the County Home and found it in most excellent condition, and every one properly cared for. 3. We have inspected the courthouse and all the offices therein, and find them to be in excellent condition, exoept as follows We -recommend that certain books in clerks office containing records be rebound and that a new typewriter furnished said office. We recommend that a toilet for colored-men and a toilet for colored women be placed either in the courthouse or on the courthouse grotnd_s We recommend trot the floor of the Tax Collector's office be.00vered and. that suitable fixtures be placed. therein. Also that the lock on the safe be rep&red. 4, We have inspected the convict camp and find it in a satisfactory and sanitary condition. We found that the prisoners were being well taken care of, and bound no complaint from any of them. H. Pope who came late. The Chairman and Vice Chairman being absent, Mr. Wm. Morgan was- appointe Chairman Pro -tem for this meeting. The minutes of last meeting were read and approved. .It is ordered that the County purchase one dozen chairs for the use in the Commissioners room only. The amount to be paid from the Emergency Fund., SOLUTION: PE THAT WHEREAS, it appears that Mrs. Alice Aaron is an inland person now residing in Harnett County and is a non - resident of this State and was such be .re her adjudication of sanity and is a legal resident of the State of Ala. As will appear by an order of Prioe Williams,JUdge of Probate, of Mile, Ala. under date of SePt. 19, 1929. and that she should be deported to Bryce Hospital. at Tuscoloosa, Ala. for admission as a patient in that institution and that Harnet County shall bear expenses of her transportation to said institution and where .s it appears that it is necessary for the Sheriff of the County to convey the sal aptient to said Hospital. THEREFORE be it resolved that J. H. Tart sheriff, of Harnett County, be d is hereby authorized and directed to take Into custody and transmit the said Alice Aaron to Bryce Hospital, Tusealoosa,'Als. and that he be and is hereby resimbursed for his expenses in the transmission of said patient to said hospi al.
