Manager be authorized to make a contract with Dr. Wyatt, County Health officer to put on a Clinic for Dyphtheriaties cost not to exceed $400 held belongin to the State Health Department amounting to about $217.00 It is ordered that the following notes be executed in the amount of $50,000 the proceeds to be used to take up a note coming due in New York March 8th, these notes being a part of the $90,000.00 in notes authorized at the meeting of this board on February 22, 1929. RESOLVED that pursuant to Seotion 4 of the County Finance Aot, the County of Harnett shall borrow $50,000 for the purpose of paying appropriations made for necessary expenses for the ourrent fiscal year in anticipation of the collection of the taxes and other revenue of such fiscal year and issue nego- tiable notes therefore, dated March 5th, 1929, and maturing April 5th, 1929, bearing interest at the rate of SIX PER CENT (6 %) per annum, payable at maturity, principal and interest payable at the CHASE NATIONAL BANK, in New York, N. Y. and shall be issued in substantially the following form; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, COUNTY OF N0.
