MINUTES OF MEETING OF COUNTX C
1\flVIISSIOBERS ON DECE BER 10, 1927.
Commissioners met in call session for the purpose of selecting jury for
Special Term of Superior Court, to begin on January 2, 192e. Those present
being Chairman Buchanan and Commissioners Ingram,angt.°rd. Messrs. Hockaday
and Snipes were not present.
NOTICE,
SPECIAL TERM OF CRIMINAT,SUPERIOR COURT,
This is to notify the public that under and by virtue of authority
given in a Commission issued by His Excellency, A.W. McLean, Governor
of North Carolina, that a Special Term of Superior Court of' Harnett
County for the trial of criulinal cases has been called to begin Jan. End,
1926, and to continue one week or until the business has been disposed
of. All defendants having oases calendared for trial at said term of
court are hereby notified to appear.
The sheriff of Harnett County and other officials of said county are
hereby instructed to summon all jurors and witnesses and serve all other
papers that may be placed in their hands pertaining to the business of
said Special Term.
