The Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with the following
members present: J.B. Innis, Chairman, J.D. Byrd, J.S. Barker, H.M. 0'4uinn and
E.L. Cooke. Also present, I.R Williams, Gounty Attorney.

It is ordered that Alex Knight of U.L.R. Township be refunded $1.00 dog tax
listed for 1933 as he owned no dog during listing time.
It is ordered that petition for road in Averesboro Township from Russell
Godwin's store to Dunn -Coats Road be approved and forwarded to the State Depart-
ment for consideration.
It is ordered that E.W. Hugelett of Ave. Township be relieved of poll tax
for the year 1933 End 1934 and that he be allowed to peddle without charge for
the year 1934 -35 on account of physical disability.
It is ordered that report of Geo. L. Cannaday, Tax Collector, be accepted
and filed.
It is ordered that N.L. Austin be allowed to peddle ldifultwares in Harnett
County for a period of one year from date on account of physical disability.
It is ordered that petition for road In Grove Township be approved and
mailed to the State Department for consideration.
It is ordered that Erwin Patterson,U.L.R. be refunded $2.00 poll tax for
the year 1934 on account of physical disability.
It is ordered that the valuation of 20 acres of lands of Mrs. Jennie Byrd
in Averasboro Township be reduced from $660.00 to $300.00 and that the tax
list be corrected to show 10 acrea, the correct acreage.
It is ordered that report of Grand Jury be accepted and filed.
it is ordered that report of L.M. Chaffin, C.S.C. be accepted and filed and
cheeks in the sum of $174.70 and :154.50, respectively, be turned over to the
County Auditor for distribution.
It is ordered that report of Dr. A.W' Peede, Gounty Health Officer, be
accepted and filed.
It is ordered that E.L. Cooke and I.R. Williams, County Attorney investigate
the valuation of the property listed in the name of J.A. Register and now owned
by Jesse Tart.
It is ordered that Neill Ross be appointed Vice - Recorder of the Recorder's
Court for the remainder of the present term.
It is now ordered that the Board adjourn Sine Die.
