Barker, J.D' Byrd, H.M. 01 inn and E.L. Cooke. I.R' Williams, County Attorney was also present. It is ordered that petition for road in Upper Little Saver Township an near the Harnett -Lee line be approved and mailed to the State Highway Commission for consideration. It is ordered that petition for road in Johnsonville Township near the Harnett -Moore line be approved and mailed to the State Highway Commission for consideration. It is ordered that the petition for maintenance of road in Buakhorn Town- ship be approved and mailed to the State Highway Commission for consideration. It is ordered that M.C. Bice be relieved of the payment of poll tax for the year 1934 on account of being a disabled World War veteran. It is ordered that M.C. Blue be granted peddler's license without charge for the year 1934 -35. It is ordered that Leonard Souls be relieved of the payment of poll tax for the year 1933 -34 on account of physical disability.. It is ordered that the eoprt of Geo. L. Bolton be allowed to purchase license to sell beer in Sake Township in East Erwin in Sneed building. It is ordered that on account of error in listing the lands of Enoch J. Cameron in Barbecue Township, being 65 acres, be reduced to $1830.00 for 1932 valuation and $1385.00 for 1933 valuation. It is ordered that the panty Auditor turn over to the olicitor a list of all persons failing to list heir personal property tax for he year 1934 for for investigation and prosecution.
