AUGUST 14th.1933.
The Board of County Commissioners met in adjourned session with the following
members present; -J.B. EnnisrrChairman,H.M. O'Quinn, J.S. Barker, E.L.Cooke
and J.D. Byrd.
I.R. Williams, County Attorney was also present.
It is ordered that the proposition of Mr. Uzzeli regarding refinancing of
County Bonds and Notes be deferred until the First Monday in September,l933.
It is ordered that the following tax levy be made for the fiscal year 1933-
1934:

It is ordered that a valuation of #1500.00 be placed on the 6 room dwelling
erected by Roy J. Brown on Fayetteville Road, Averasboro Township, for the
year 1933 making a.total valuation of the house and 1 1/6 acres of land
$1585.00.
It is ordered that,the minutes of Regular meeting of May 2, 1927 be amended
so that the Resolution of the Board of Commissioners assuming the indebtedness
of school districts both special and special charter be corrected Nun° Pro
Term and that said resolution be spread upon said minutes as follows:
RESOLUTION:
(CONTINUED)
And Whereas, the taking over and assumption of the district obligatio:
as set forth by the Board of Education is adjudged to be legal, just and
equitable;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RRESOLUED:
lst. That the action of the Board of Education as set forth in its
Resolution and preable thereto and recited above be, and the same is hereby
approved;
And the said Districts are hereby forever hereafter relieved of their
annual payments or any part thereof;
2nd. That the Board of Education, be, and it is hereby directed to
include in the debt service fund in the six months budget, the annual install-
ments and interest on the indebtedness of all districts including Special
charter districts as listed in the preamble to their resolution recited herein.
3rd. That a certified copy of these Resolutions be furnished the Board
of Education for its information and to govern its action in this behalf.
Those members present and voting Aye are: James A. Buchanan, Jas. A.
Hockaday, Z.V. Snipes, L.R Byrd,and B.P. Ingram.

Dnne in regular session this 2nd. day of May, 1927. /
It is ordered that J.S. McLean, County Auditor be authorized to sell and collet
for the cement forms belonging to the County at a price of $24.00 each.
It is ordered that Geo. L, Cannaday, Tax Collector, be allowed $1.20 for each
land sale for the year 1932.
It is now ord red that the Board do stand adjourned Sine Die.
