The Board of County Commissioners met in call session with the following

WHEREAS? eilliam Morgan of Black Hiver Township, has applied to this
RESOLUTION:
Board for a segregation of certain of his real estate taxes in said Township de-
scribed in a certain deed of trust of Wm. Morgan and wife, Mamie Morgan,
to John
P. Stedman, Trustee, dated April 20th. 1933, and recorded in Book 246, page 122, and
