Itt was ordered that report of K.M. Chaffin, Clerk of the Superior Court be accepted and filed and checks for 4176.07 and 4224.42 respectively be ordered turned over`to the County Auditor It is ordered that the CountyAndntor receive from J.0. West, former Cvu,,p�ty Attorney all certificates of sale for non- payment of taxes on which suits have"bden startei and deliver the same to I.R..Wjliiams,present Cour,laefittorney and be it further ordered that I.R.Williams be ordered ta. , proceed to inveatzigete suits on said certificates at once.
