Byrd, Ferd D.Jackson and Angus A.Cameron present and R.L. Pate absent. Also present H.C.Strickland,County Attorney, and Inez Harrington Clerk to the Board. The monthly report of Howard Godwin,C.S.C., was presented, approved and ordered filed. The monthly report of Inez Harrington,Register of Deeds, was presented, approved and ordered filed. The monthly report of Lola OtQuinn,delinquent tax collector, was presented, approved and ordered filed. The monthly report of W.D.Harrington,tax collector, was presented, approved and ordered filed. The report of the Adminstrator for Harnett County Hospital for March 1942 was presented, approved and ordered filed. C.R.Ammons & T.D.O'Quinn,County Agents were authorized to sell the County Tractor to N.C. Equipment Co.Raleigh for the sum of $1500.00. It is ordered that Mrs.Tenzie Douglass of Upper Little River Twp. be allowed Hospitalization at Sanatorium for an indefinate length of time. It is ordered that Mrs.S.J.Cain of Anderson Creek Twp. be admitted to County Home as an in -mate. It is ordered that Miss Betsy Reid of Lillington Township be admitted to County Home as in -mate.
