It appearing to the "oard of Commissioners of "arnett County that the Grand Jury has made recommendation that certain improvements, renovations, etc., be made to the County Jail, and that the foregoing renovations and items of equipment are reasonable necessary or concerned in by the Jailor and Sheriff; It is ordered that the above mentioned equipment be purchased and the improvement be made.
