It appearing to the Board of Commissioners that-Ralph M.Dowd has failed and refused to pay the purchase price and take title to the lot described in Judgment #A -1064 the acceptance of the offer of Mr. Dowd dated April 27,1939* be and the cause is hereby rescinded in keeping with the terms of -it.
