in regular session on Monday October 4, with J.B.
A A Cameron and Ferd D.Jackson present, also
aunty Attorney.
It appearing to the Board of Commissioners that-Ralph M.Dowd has failed and
refused to pay the purchase price and take title to the lot described in Judgment
#A -1064 the acceptance of the offer of Mr. Dowd dated April 27,1939* be and the
cause is hereby rescinded in keeping with the terms of -it.

It was ordered that W.D.Harrington,Tax Collector, be responsible for having tax
segregation forms printed. All tax segregations are to -be filled out by the
Tax Supervisor on these forms before presented to the Tax Collector.
