The Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Monday, June 5j1].., at
10:30 A. M. with all members present, Also present were the County Attorney, the
County Auditor and the Clerk to the Board.

Motion:carried.
The Following Resolution Was Adopted:
WHEREAS, Swine Promoters Incorporated, Dunn, North Carolina, As a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina, with its
principal office at Dunn, North Carolina;
AND WHEREAS, it appears that said morporation has as one of its purposes
the promoting of community agriculture and industrial development in the Harnett
County Area, and is a corporation which is entitled to approval under Chapter
78, Section 4; Sub-section 13 of the General Statutes of North Carolina entitled,
"Securities Law."
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, that Swine Promoters, Incorporated, be and
the same is hereby approved as being a corporation which will promote community
agriculture and industrial development in the Harnett County Area.

Commissioner Cameron moved, seconded by Commissioner Byrd, that the proposed
road known as S R # 1231 or S R # 1230 should be stabilized as suggested by Sam
Wilson, District Engineer, Motion carried.
The Board recessed to reconvene on June 15th. at 2:00 P. M. and at 7:00
P. M. with the Welfare Board.
