Also present were theAuditor and the Clerk to Board. The :following reports Inez Harrington Kyle Harrington Elizabeth F. Matthews D P Ray L B McLean Ray Thomas B H Sellers W H Stewart were approved and filed: Register of Deeds Clerk Recorders Court Clerk Superior ,Court Tax Collector Veterans Service Officer Dog Warden County Electrical Inspector Sheriff 1960, The Board ordered that accoustical material for treatment in court room be installed at a cost of $950.00. Motion by Commissioner Byrd :seconded b y Commissioner Warren that the tax attorney fee be set at 10% on all tax accounts not to exceed $50.00 on any one account. Where it is necessary to pursue tax suit to final judgment he is to be paid $25.00 per suit or judgment. Motion carried.
