The Board of Commissioners met in regular•session on Monday, October 3rd.
at 10 :00 A. M., with all members present except Joe Currin who was absent.

The Board ordered that accoustical material for treatment in court room be
installed at a cost of $950.00.
Motion by Commissioner Byrd :seconded b y Commissioner Warren that the tax
attorney fee be set at 10% on all tax accounts not to exceed $50.00 on any one
account. Where it is necessary to pursue tax suit to final judgment he is to be
paid $25.00 per suit or judgment.
Motion carried.
