Motion by Commissioner Byrd :seconded b y Commissioner Warren that the tax attorney fee be set at 10% on all tax accounts not to exceed $50.00 on any one account. Where it is necessary to pursue tax suit to final judgment he is to be paid $25.00 per suit or judgment. Motion carried.
