JANUARY LLth. 1960
The Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Monday. January 4th.
1960, with all members present, except Joe Curran, who was absent. Also
present were the Auditor, the Clerk to the Board, W. A. Taylor, anted as
Attorney in the absence of J. R. Young, County Attorney.

(1) To grade and gravel that road in Neills Creek 'Township, which runs
from 421 at Sawyers and Kivetts Store east to dead end road to old wire road.
Petition mailed.
(2) To grade and drain that road in Averasboro Township which runs from
Howards Chicken farm road to $aeraville Road a distance of 4/10 miles.
Petition mailed.
(3) To take over that road in Stewarts Creek Township which connects 2
roads and used as a school bus road.
(Petition mailed to Chester Brown)
Continuation certificate of Bond # 90- 614067 in amount of $5000.00 on behalf
of Herbert D. Carson, Auditor, was approved and filed with Clerk Superior Court.
Continuation certificate for Bond # 90- 011302 in behalf of Leo McGee as
