L. A. Tart, Chairman, opened the meeting and due to illness was unable to remain and Alex M. Cameron, Vice Chairman, presided during the meeting. The Following heports Were Approved: Register of Deeds Clerk Superior Court Clerk Recorders Court Tax Collector Veterans Service Officer Dog Warden Electrical Inspector The Board ordered amount of $ 2.00, Po Listing. The Board ordered $ 15.92 listed to L. Supervisor. Inez Harrington Elizabeth Matthews Kyle Harrington D. P, . Ray Jean Maness Ken Black Roy Godwin that G. W. Poole, Lillington, Rt. 2 be refunded the 11 Tax for year 1963, Lillington Township, due to error in that L. L. Coats, Sr. or Dunn, be refunded the ampunt of L. Commissioner Byrd moved, seconded by Commissioner Barefoot, that the original gross amount of the contract price for improvements to the courthouse square for paving and curbing, gutter, etc. be $ 20,090.59 The motion was unanimously carried.
