Also with the Board *•sere the Auditor, the Clerk to the Board and the County Attorney. Dr. Eyerman, Health Director, appeared before the Board and discussed revising the budget. The Board accepted the Budget as presented by Dr. Eyerman in the amount of $ 70,798.00, the County's part to be $ 50,761.00. The Board of Commissioners acted on the basis of amended G.S. 44 -66 that the fees for filing and discharging Federal Tax Liens be fixed at $ 2.00 for the filing of each lien and $ 2.00 for the discharging of each lien. The Board ordered that Billy Ray Hardee be refunded the total sum of $ 132.50 paid to Harnett County for the operation of a pool room in Coats, according to G.S. 105 -64 ad) Mr. Hardee was taxed in error by Harnett County. A motion was duly made that tte Extension Service Employee's receive a salary increase of $ 200.00 per year each, in lieu of a 5% increase.
